The chef Javier Cabrera offers an adventurous cooking, very innovative, whose highest expression is the tasting menu «Experiences», served at the price of 150 euros, although they also have other a la carte and set menu options more economic and equally outstanding. A Michelin star underlines the prestige of this restaurant.
Among their most creative dishes, we emphasize the “Sea in ceviche”; tuna “morrillo” à la royale; emulsion of tender almonds, anchovies and gazpacho snow, “Suquet” of scorpion fish and prawns, or suckling Iberian pork Iberian pork with scallops, endive and walnut praliné.
