The Hoja Santa restaurant was born from the fusion of talent of the Catalan chef Albert Adrià and the Mexican Paco Mendez.
The culinary offer is growing from the regional tradition and the Mexican ingredients, to which the chefs apply their creativity. The restaurant, lounge evokes the feeling of a Mexican hacienda. With limited capacity, it offers peace and pause to taste the delicious and exotic gastronomic offer.
The “cochinita pibil infladita”, the oyster with cactus fruit juice, the quesadilla with guacamole and cepes (mushrooms) or the rose ash mole with Bresse quail, are some of the delicatessens not to be missed.
